Company Policies

Firstly we would like to thank you for your business.  If you have any concerns or issues with the work done by Urban Detailing they must be presented to us within 30 days of work done.  Anything preexisting or found during our pre-inspection will no have any merit and Urban Detailing will not be held responsible for it.  Once work has been signed off for onsite after completion Urban Detailing will not be held for responsible for any concerns going forward.   

Gift Cards and Credits are only valid for 6 months after received.  We will not hold funds for work to be completed upon next visit.  

All balances must be paid in full upon completion of work.  Urban Detailing reserves the right to adjust pricing based on severity and condition before continuation of services once client is made aware of adjustment.

If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before you will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. If you no show an appointment you will be charged the full amount. While we greatly appreciate everyone's business and support we have an extremally busy schedule with a vast waitlist and it is not fair to other clients wishing to get in if you cancel an appointment that they could have had. We appreciate you understanding and look forward to taking care of your professional mobile detailing needs!
